Native Land gets permission for 109 extra homes and new hotel at Bankside Yards | Online

The homes are part of its wider £1bn Bankside Yards combined-use enhancement, which was granted scheduling consent in 2014. The most recent scheduling authorization relates to section two of the scheme: initially, the developer gained consent to create 232 homes, but it will now deliver 341.
